our”). By scheduling, confirming, or accepting any service, the customer (“you,” “client”) agrees to these Terms.
2. Services Provided We offer professional auto detailing services, which may include but are not limited to: Exterior washing and drying Waxing, polishing, and paint correction Interior vacuuming and cleaning Stain removal and odor treatment Engine bay cleaning (if selected) Ceramic coatings (if offered) All services are performed to a professional standard based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of service.

3. Appointments & Scheduling Appointments must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients should ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time. ---

4. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, most major credit cards, and PayPal. A deposit may be required for larger jobs or specialty services. Late payments may incur additional fees. ---
5. Pricing Pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services. Heavily soiled vehicles may incur additional charges. Any additional work requested during service may adjust final pricing. ---
6. Cancellations & No-Shows Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee. No-shows will not be charged a fee. ---
7. Vehicle Condition & Liability Clients must disclose any pre-existing damage prior to service. We are not responsible for: Pre-existing scratches, dents, or defects Mechanical or electrical issues Items left inside the vehicle We take reasonable care but are not liable for unavoidable damage due to normal detailing processes. ---
8. Personal Belongings Clients are responsible for removing valuables from the vehicle. We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle. ---
9. Satisfaction Policy We aim for high-quality results. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can review concerns. Refunds or re-service will be handled at our discretion. ---
10. Weather & Environmental Conditions Exterior services may be affected by weather conditions. We reserve the right to adjust, postpone, or modify services for safety and quality assurance. ---
11. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for: Unsafe working conditions Aggressive or inappropriate behavior Vehicles in extreme condition beyond agreed scope ---
12. Photo Documentation We may take before-and-after photos of vehicles for quality control and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing. ---
